  1. I wonder if a light dusting with Thornit would help?
  2. Slow Cooker for casseroles, it's the only way to go IMHO. Looks good Chef Ditchie, love white pepper myself.
  3. While on that track there also seems a surge in people joining just to sell a gun? A lot of sites restrict sales to members only after a certain period of time?
  4. Christ on a bike - that's not a sale, it's a gift.
  5. And the money for firearms licences comes from the guys shooting? I honestly believe that road safety is not the priority of these vans/departments - when you consider that just being the width of your speedo's needle over the limit will get you a fine and points. I have always believed that a man doing 35 in a 30 and concentrating on the road is far safer than someone staring at their speedo to make sure they are doing 29-30mph.All down to opinion of course and I understand and respect yours 100%.
  6. That's a real shame but must be a massive blow for Prunella, pretty sure she relied heavily on him with her dementia. I hope she finds help, I hope he finds his peace.
  7. Steroid's are usually prednisolone, ask around as a lot of people get them free on prescription but last time quite reasonable from the vets for the actual meds - it's the charge for the prescription that's the killer. Every time my vet now suggests a course my lad gets mine, Amoxicillin the same, as I have no immune system I always have a box of antibiotics in store. Dosage can be found online.
  8. Be interesting to find if it's Spice or Acid that creates problems for you, it's seems a shame to be denied some of the amazing varieties of flavours out there. I admire you for sticking to plain foods - you have far more restraint than I have.
  9. Tandoori Spice is not hot my friend, full of flavour but not Spicy👍.
  10. Thanks for that - more bloody coffee on my laptop.
  11. Seems a shame not to have her ejecting? Maybe wabbitbosher or someone has a spring that will fit?
  12. I think that it's disgusting, Charlie boy just got a £54 million increase when some elderly folk are freezing and living off food banks - how can this be in this day and age? We are living like slaves the same as we have always done but someday the tide will turn I'm sure.
  13. I think that farmers should readily agree to pay inheritance tax as soon as members of the Royal Family do.
  14. It had been done I believe, seem to recall some guy in Australia did one but not sure why.
  15. Never knew they did a GPX Turbo, GPZ yes but dont recall a GPX.
  16. If it's Trap then it's most likely an 804, made by Winchester in Japan and should be the same action as the 101 but some were made by Franchi from memory, someone will be along with far more knowledge than me though.
  17. I have no problem with going on the course but first impressions are not good. Took nearly a month for them to get back to me regarding a course in Milton Keynes only to be told that , apart from a £75 course + booking fee?, the course was in Leicestershire.
  18. Lets face it these scumbags could easily be caught but Councils have a complete inability to get their fingers out of their ar**s and get on with the job.
  19. THIS^^^^, add cod liver oil and jobs a goodun.
  20. Nope - ordinary 60/40 mix DIY gas blowtorch.
  21. Looks good to me, I would add a fair bit of spice to the dish with ,maybe, Tabasco sauce?, and would char the Chicken with a blowtorch.
  22. If you are roasting a chicken then shove some Thyme and a Lemon cut in half up it's backside then sit it on a couple of roughly chopped carrots and an onion. Remove the bird when it's done and pour all the juice collected in the dish in to a pan then use water from your veg and gravy granules to get the consistency you prefer, sieve it through a strainer then serve.Seems a shame to waste the flavour from the bird.
  23. Looks perfect, very well done Chef.
