I'm no super dooper shooter, but as far as my thinking goes think of the choke in you're shotgun like a jet attachment on a hosepipe. Full full and you get a jet of water reaching far out now change to a spray a see how far in comparison the water is dispersed. Your shot bwill still travel the same distance but like the water from the hosepipe the shot will be either scattered all around the target or all or mostly on the target. You either soak or skim.

I gave that tip from because of a previous issue whilst in a high seat after Fallow, 8 30.06 rounds piled up under the high seat, all click but no bang, and no Fallow were harmed that morning, it turned out to be probably a combination of **** and a high viscosity oil stopping of dampening the firing pin strike, a flush out with lighter fluid did the trick.

Turned volume down after getting an ear full of American woman squeal. But it's a bit weird and would be quite frightening.

From experience I have found the certainly do play the emotional game, we had a cat, (whatever you think about cats put that aside) It was a big white one, it got ran over resulting in broken pelvis, lower back leg possible ruptured liver plus skin missing from about25% of its broken leg It was chipped so we had a call, I went with my Mrs which we both found upsetting to see the state of the cat, for me it was the fact that I could not understand why it was still alive, worse to have been kept alive for there gain. We were asked if we would agree to have the cat operated on to repair the broken leg and grafts to the skin. Possible cost was ridiculous, and that was not including the life threatening internal damage, so we get charged for the bodge job on a leg pay a silly bill and the cat dies. As we walked out of the vets I told them to end it, I told them if I had seen an animal suffering like that I would have shot it. We still got billed for nearly £400 for over night stay and treatment.

Strip the bolt clean it with solvents / petrol will suffice. Reassemble spray with a light oil / rust inhibitor and see what happens.

Has anyone had dealings with this company ? If so, good or bad? I placed an order last Friday 3rd expecting delivery by Monday at the latest, advertising next day delivery!!, called on Thursday 9th Clive was to return call that day. Friday today 10 still no reply. Cancelled order asked for refund, when that arrives who knows. Businesses like this don't deserve to have my hard earned cash. Not even returning a call for a few seconds I find disgusting

Forgive me Dekers but reading your post and trying to see how worried you would be with regards to the water level, showing a boat floating on the water wouldn't worry me. On the other hand if your boat was parked outside Tescos then ide be concerned.

Cons, 1 limited pellets 2 need "some" power to see the real benifit to chucking a heavy pellet down range. 3 rainbow trajectory 4 PCP would definately be the only way to go to have any benefit,and therefore very limited choice of rifles in FAC compared to a 22 Pros;- 1 Hit hard.

I too have the same disability Its hard to explain to those who have a full load of receptors (retinal cones and rods) and can see the whole spectrum. You can blame your parents for it, you got it from either one or both of them, its the x chromosome that mutated. It can actually get worse as you get older as well, it certainly wont improve I get all of them mixed up, blues & purples, brown,red and greens, pale yellow and green. Don't take this the wrong way chaps but a pair of boots suitable for lowland walking are suitable for exactly that. The chap has been through the painful experience of ill fitting boots, or boots not designed for the job. Having had your toe nails removed I would have thought you could spend a little bit more on a pair of boots that will keep your feet in good order and also last more than 12 months. I would avoid Hi tec, imo just not up to it ok for lowlands through fields. Raise you're budget to around 150, have a look at " brasher hillmaster, s" there around 120 so a tad over you're budget. Cold wet and damaged feet from blisters or rubbing the skin away would be my worst nightmare specially at the top of Ben-nevis. Try a few pairs, (in the afternoon after your feet have swollen a little) walk up and down stairs in the shop if possible with proper socks. Look at it like you're buying a shotgun, fit is just as important or you may as well not bother. And buy quality. ;-)

There's plenty there that would be able drag you out if you did get stuck. Lol. Or stay at the bottom and Chuck your gear in someones truck for a lift up, always help if you need it.

I was thinking about getting back into air-rifle shooting, but it seems they are'nt as good as they used to be in the olden days. I think after reading this i will stick to either a shotgun or my 22.250 for pigeons, they seem to be more reliable.
