  3. with barley ripening by the day and the rape not that far off, its all coming together nicely. there seems to be a lot of people out watching pigeons at the moment so let your farmer know your about and planning to have a go before some one else gets on. just a thought

  9. well done mate, pigeons in the wind are very testing. i enjoy the friday nights in feburary not saying i hit them all by a long way, but very satisfying when they fold up stone dead.
  10. hi mate, i started on a single 12, killed everything in sight but kicked like a donkey. that was 23 years ago semi auto's wer'e not that common. if they were i would have had one. cheap reliablbe, low recoil and good fit. just load one or two shells at a time to start with. the only problem will be that he soon starts to outshoot you. take him to a shooting ground and try a semi for size. atb aga man
  11. come on guys stick some pellets in an envelope an send them to wales. if she try 10 types of pellets and they all shoot the same then fair enough. something amiss with the gun or shooter i doubt it though the right pellet will fly straight in my eperience 15 years with air guns.
  12. i have a semi auto 12 in camo real tree i shoot very well with it but i think it would look very nice if it was in wood. i bought it cos it was right money, but i feel it looks a bit like a kids toy

  14. keep looking mate he/she will be back for sure
  15. if the gun is new to you welsh lamb it might be worth trying a few different brands of pellets if possible. i don't mean buying loads of different brands but if you have friends with air rifles pinch some of theres and do some research there will no doubt be a pellet that suits your gun

  18. i have an air arms s200 fitted with the air arms silencer and am very happy with it. in the six years i have owned it i have killed a heap of vermin and rabbits with it. the silencer is the slip on type with alen key grub screw. i can also vouch for what turbo says with the weihrauch one. my friend has a s410 with one on and its whisper quiet hope this helps.
