Barbour Navy Blue Children's XL Long Sleeve T-Shirt(13/14 Year Olds according to the Barbour Website, but depends on size of your kids, if there super-human giants like mine!!) - £8 inc postage (Theres a little hole on the front from some barbed wire fence as you can see in the pictures, i only noticed it after I took the picture) Girls Horseware Ireland Fleece Gillet, age 9-10, been worn with some bobbling and bits of wear on the seems but plenty of life left in it, £8 ins postage John Lewis Debenhams waistcoat, actually from a wedding suit but works just as well as a shooting vest for the little ones, says size 13 on the label which according to the website is for a 13 year old but i would say again thats abit optimistic, mine was wearing it at 10. £10 inc postage Children's DPM army style padded jacket, very warm, full of pockets and straps and stuff, probably about 30 years old but plenty of life left in it, label says 13/14 year old but more like 11-12 year old. £12 posted due to weight. Ladies M&S Tweed Jacket, wool blend size 14, however my lad wore this for beating for a few years from 10-12 ish years old, reasonable overall condition but some tearing to the lining (from jumping over gates and fences), still does the job and looks reasonable. £8 posted. Happy to supply further pictures and measurements on any of the above due to the nature of kids clothing!! Also happy to discount the prices on multiple items as I've included postage and packaging in the prices.

Hi all, I have recently moved into wootton wawen and am looking to try and get out doing some pigeon shooting or vermin control. I am an experienced shooter with open firearms certification, DSC certification and insured through BASC. I'm currently a member of a deer stalking syndicate in Scotland with the forestry commission, Provide vermin control on two local golf courses with night vision equipment and a member of a rough shoot in Shropshire and am just looking to try and find some opportunities a bit more local or some contacts to try and gain some permission? I also Beat and pick up on a shoot in Nuneaton so getting involved with anything like that locally would also be good If anybody has any suggestions or can help in any way i'd greatly appreciate it. Feel free to comment or DM me. Thanks!

Hello My name is Paul, i am 20 years old and i am from Grimsby in Lincolnshire. I have recently had an interview for a Gamekeeping Apprenticeship at Bishop Burton college in Yorkshire and I have been offered a place so long as i can find employment but being in the north east Lincolnshire area Gamekeepers seem to be few and far between, i have contacted the major local estate (brocklesby estate which is owned by the Earl of Yarborough) and some smaller estates ran by farmers and the only replies i seem to be getting are "we aren't looking to employ anyone else" which is fair enough but also rather disappointing but hey, what can you do. I am posting here to see if there are any people out there that may know someone that could take me on or actually take me on themselves in or around the Grimsby area?(30 mile radius) I have experience in: - organised shoots as I was a beater at my local shoot (no gamekeeper, it is ran by volunteers) - pest control as I often shoot pigeons and rabbits for the local farmer. - Handling rifles and shotguns I can drive so transport is no problem. I am looking to work within a 25-30 mile radius of Grimsby. The employer has a possibility of gaining a £1500 grant if they take me on which is provided by the college (the government have the final say however as it goes through them + Terms and conditions apply) I am willing to do trial runs I can do voluntary work to gain experience. If there is anyone out there that will be able to help me it would be more than appreciated. If anyone has any offers or information then please contact me via my email - Pldiplock@gmail.com

Hi, I'm 27, have recently moved to the Newmarket area and am looking to settle back into my shooting again as soon as possible. Ideally I'm looking for a local friendly syndicate for the 2015 game season and also for some pigeon shooting, walked-up vermin control on an ad hoc basis over the summer. I'd really like to hear from anyone who might want a mate to accompany them on outings or to help out when a second gun really helps. I have a couple of shotguns, appropriate insurance and over 10 years shooting experience. Thanks, Sean

Hi all, Trying to navigate though the new world of cyber meet and greet and throwing a line out to anyone that might be able able to help... Last year I returned back to the glorious rolling hillsides of Hampshire, after a 5 year stint in dry dusty Australia and I'm looking to meet someone/people that wouldn't mind giving me abit of a intro back into shooting.. I started shooting when I was about 12 originally with an old 410 hammer action poachers side by side, shooting pigeons and rats, rabbits, going along with a family friend on a rough shoot he was a member of. Then went along as a half gun on the same rough shoot and I absolutely loved it, got my shotgun licence owned a few labs decided the country life was for me.. then I hit 18 and booze and girls and gave up . I have never shot to a high standard but I just love being out, walking for hours, being with the dogs sitting in hides WAITING..!! Since I have been back I've tried to make contact with the old club I was part of but most of the old boys I went with I guess, don't have the internet.. I'm looking to join a rough shoot and chip in with feeding of birds, maintainanace of pens/woodland etc, I'd like to come along for a few days and not shoot and then join for next year, ideally carrying on abit of out of season pest control with my new shooting family.. I'm based in Portsmouth/Southampton half way in between but I'm neither Pompey or saints. I'm work mon-fri till 5 as an electrician so shooting sat would suit me best.. If you can put me in touch with any clubs I'd be more than grateful, I'm not looking for huge bags or a huge cost thanks in advance, Mike

I have BASC insurance, and a shotgun certificate with Hampshire Constabulary. Please PM me if anyone can help, any advice is much appreciated. Thank you, Verminator

Hello All, Firstly, thanks to everyone for the great advice I’ve found on here so far – I’ve learnt loads from just trawling the forums – it’s all good stuff! Now, about me: I’m an ex infantry officer (1st Bn The Yorkshire Regiment) who has come back to the real world and got a job in Birmingham. As a result, I’ve recently moved to Warwickshire (near Henley-In-Arden) and now I’ve sorted out the house, I’m looking to get back into shooting. In short, I thought I’d post on the off chance that someone has a few fields that they could do with a hand on. I am an early riser, so can do a few hours first thing or in the early evening. In addition, I can think of no better way of spending my weekends than sat in a hide waiting for the critters to come knocking… I am a full member of the BASC, hold a shotgun certificate and also have a silenced PCP for rabbits … Also, although I’ll never be able to shoot game, I’d love to have a crack at some beating, so if anyone knows of a shoot in or around Stratford-Upon-Avon who could do with an extra pair of legs, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Cheers all. Jim
