ollie
I really love woodcock and snipe. Find pheasant breasts a bit dry a times, however, can be very nice with a creamy wild mushroom sauce. Rare Mallard breasts are very nice and so are seared pigeon breasts. I also love my slow cooked rabbit caseroles on a winters day; agh I can't pick one, I love eating almost everything I shoot.
