You would have cried if you were in Grimsby to see what happened to the paddle steamer Lincoln Castle. britains last working coal fired steamer....retired in 1978......despite being offered many thousands of pounds, the owner in collusion with the local council scrapped her. Even her engines were not saved...... triple expansion steam. Have a look here. http://paddlesteamers.awardspace.com/LincolnCastle.htm Edited October 18, 2010 by Sprackles

Paddy Galore!
i pick my nose. I'm glad i'm not the only one MM cos i was getting a bit of a complex about it, you know, wondering if it was holding me back socially and professionally or not. Do you reckon the mods could add a nose picking emoticon?

Dan73
Hi Bullet Boy; Giant xTc 2 hardtail for XC - I've had the usual Specialized/Kona full sus bikes over the years, but I just prefer a HT 29er Singlespeed for pottering to the town and back, and down to the train station for work Old hack bike permanently in London for the other side of the train journey Very tempted to try a 3 day Coast to Coast next year - camping, not B&B How about you? Being in Neath you've got some of the best trails in the UK on your doorstep.

Aled
This is Sparackles first post Just wondering what we all get up to other than the huntin' shootin' fishin' lifestyle. Saw someone post a pic of thier boat somewhere back and it got me thinking where else we get our thrills from. Loads of you have put down fishing as a hobby in your replies, so just so that i dont get left out, i love sea trout fishing and dabble a bit with salmon and trout!
