silver pigeon 3
Sorted out my new decoy line for the river, trying to practice with the new gun on the pigeons if the weather holds for anything more than a few hours. Apart from that watching and waiting , took the dogs out for a walk on the marsh today and saw 6 mandarin.
poontang
dude, i'm too lazy for wildfowling, i love my bed too much :o Plenty of chances to get out during the day/evenings if morning flights aren't your thing. Mornings are the best for me though. If you don't do anything else in your shooting life a morning flight on a cold winters day is something not to be missed. Which after 26 years starts to wear a bit thin ....So I much prefer evening flights!!.
