lewis2012
I previously had a CZ452 in .17hmr but sold it. It wa a nice gun but was heavy with that 10-50x60 scope I used to have onit lol. I'm starting to go back up mid wales with a friend dispatching bunniew soon as there's hundreds up on the permission! so looking for another hmr and a NS200. I have looked at CZ455 thumbhole which is very nice and well priced also there's a CZ455 SST I've looked at but not to sure on the tag on that but will find out. What about weihrach I knw they do hmrs but not a lot said as of yet about them? Any recomendations will be appreciated Thanks all
LeadWasp
The ISSC straightpull has caught my eye - released in the UK very soon through Highland Outdoors. I'd be very interested to see a review of it. 10 shot mag wooden furniture and I think a 16" is available as well as a 20".
Sx3 clay breaker
My dads just got a weirach in 22lr haven't shot it yet but looks to be well made and loverly wood on it
al4x
whatever you buy don't buy another of those scopes, ridiculous for a HMR in the field
Blunderbust
You got rid of a nice HMR, why you did not just swap the scope I don't know  .
landrover
go on then just to confuse ya even more go for a sako quad
Greenhunter
You'll pay more for anything that isn't a CZ and if you go synthetic(practical in the field) the wood quality won't matter! Put a 4x12x50 on it and it'll do whatever you want from an HMR, including with the NS200 on. GH

Gimlet
Cannot fault a Weihrauch HW60J. You mention weight. My 14" HW with 56mm Meopta R1 + SAK and leather sling weighs 8 1/2 lb. Whatever you choose go to a shop and handle one before you buy. Its got to feel right and some will fit you far better than others.

kenj
CZ 452 for me, the weight gives a stable platform off the tripod anyway. Went out this week in day light. 18 shots, 18 rabbits, in two hours.
