Hamster
Does shooting the same shotgun get boring? No but not shooting other guns can be. My solution is to have a keeper as the regular gun and once in a while buy something else to have a play with and sell it on, it is surprising how much you can learn about the affects of gun fit and different balance and handling characteristics. matone
Does shooting the same shotgun get boring? This sounds like the onset of GAS (Gun aquisition syndrome),a very debilitating disease (to your bank account),it can have a disastrous effect on other members of the family (wives/girlfriends). Sadly there is no known cure and the sufferer is doomed to a life of looking for the next gun in their quest for `the one`.

pontbeck
Well , I have to disagree . I got rid of all my guns and bought a Perrazzi MX2000, best gun I ever had,or probably will have. I had it for 8 years and my scores got better and better and I achieved my ambition of shooting in AA class in sporting and if you want to improve ,shooting one gun is the answer , as far as I'm concerned. However, whether I'd achieved my ambition, or just became bored with the gun, I found it difficult to motivate myself and changed guns to give myself a challenge. Jega
Try shooting left handed if you normally shoot right handed and vice versa for lefties ,its a lot harder then it looks but rewarding when it all comes together.
