bobshooting
Well happy,4 Mallard, my mate got another 2. I don't know what the rest of the county is like, but on the North Coast of Norfolk, there are a lot of Mallard, more than I've seen for a long while. Also saw Teal, 3 widgeon and some Greylag, but never near enough for a shot.
Big Mat
Harry the cat shot a mallard with his "sawn off" I missed a Ballard that ayano3 had already treated to a two gun salute
marsh man
Harry the cat shot a mallard with his "sawn off" I missed a Ballard that ayano3 had already treated to a two gun salute What is a Ballard Big Mat ? is it a North Norfolk term for a Bloody Mallard or did it lift off of Swan Lake. Big Mat
What is a Ballard Big Mat ? is it a North Norfolk term for a Bloody Mallard or did it lift off of Swan Lake. That would be the kindles auto correct, it doesnt seem to think mallard exist...
ayano3
It was matts singing. He give us a rendition of 'Missed Again' by Phil Collins. Also congratulations to Harrycat for taking home his first ever duck from the marshes. Its not through lack of trying as he could have travelled the circumference of the world on the money he's spent coming to the wash. Its only about his 4th season so its not been a long wait .But its confirmed that it was his and his alone. He suggests that all the others who have taken him are sacked. By tonight it will be on the Derbyshire local news at 6. Give it time it will make the papers. News had already hit the Dales long before Harry had got out of Lincolnshire. PS the dog is mine not the infamous little black Ping Pong. she was still damaging the sea wall chasing mice. Well done Harrycat. Sorry to hear you are packing it all in while your on top. ayano3
I spent half of the flight working the dog looking for a Mallard that planed out. It did a very good disappearing act too. Did get a shot but steered to Matt for him to miss.
