I have a 500 in .410 and took it out this morning with my dog as I intend to trade it in shortly; the gun not the dog. I have always been impressed with the patterns these little guns throw.

If it's any consolation mine functioned flawlessly this morning and I came home with a 100% kill to cartridge ratio.......1 shot, 1 bird. :)

Seriously, another good vid' and very impressive shooting. Good to watch. :good:

I admire your patience and you did very well in the circumstances, I think I would have had to go home and get another gun.

Some excellent shooting and your .410 videos must be surprising a lot of shooters with what you can do with that calibre, especially through tight chokes.

Very impressive. :good:

Some good shooting, but I felt frustrated just watching it!

I had a slight issue with my Mossberg the other week. The safety catch was sticking after a round on the clays. I'm getting a fair bit better with mine, now. I'll have to make a vid using just that (taking a spare gun, just in case)

Well done stevo, you have more patience than many of us! You made the best of a bad job and shot very well using only one shell.

Not the easiest of tools to use anyway so a pat on the back from me.

Nice to see you give consideration to picking your birds also :good:

Did very well considering the circumstances, I'd have probably got ****** off and gone home after that!

Tried our .410 pump twice now and shot 58 the second outing but they are hard work to shoot consistently, think the pump action bit makes it harder than the silencer unbalancing it. Dad had the pleasure (and challenge) yesterday.

Haven't seen anyone shoot better with one than in your videos, nice work.

Very satisfying making a bag with one though!

I had a safety catch issue with my mossberg 500 hush power but in 20 bore, out rook and crow decoying when the lug attached to the safety catch inside the gun snapped off, didn't affect the working of the gun once I done some DIY in the hide and removed the loose bit of metal just didn't have a safety catch. Got it fixed now and all is good. This gun is the gun I use for more or less everything and I think these gun and sound mod combos are fantastic. Me and a friend went decoying together one day, he had a standard 12 bore and I had the mossberg hush power, he ran out of cartridges so we then took it in turns shooting the hush power the birds came and decoyed far better without the banging of the 12 bore. I really feel for decoying or rabbit shooting they are truly fantastic and every1 should have 1!in there armoury.
