la bala
Meg and Jess have been known to retrieve one pigeon between them, coming back side by side with each holding a wing.

Exudate
Just got OSR and wheat on my permission. The pigeons don't seem to give two hoots about it right now. So looking forward to the end of July!

stugarford
Well chaps, I'm really sorry my post wasn't very informative earlier, but I've got more time to spare now! We had a good day in the broccoli! Well Motty, you were the closest with your guess... The photo shows 182... but we had 220 on the clicker, We lost quite a few which went overhead which we couldn't retrieve and it was getting very late when we packed up, but a good day shooting! Took the pigeons in this morning and got 2 slabs with the money!
Dbw1shrops
Wow a slab must be pretty cheap in your neck of the woods or your getting a great price for your birds. Well done an excellent bag 👍
la bala
This bag was 4 years ago to the day of this post, also shot over Brocolli as Stu and Chris will remember. marsh man
Eley 30 grams 41 pound a slab and 40 pence a pigeon and I put £12 towards it Brilliant bag , and the farmer must be very relieved , for the time being at least. I took my pigeons to the game dealers yesterday and the price have been the same now for the last few years , 30p for fresh and 25p for frozen. plus your Eley cartridges are far cheaper than round these parts , last week I was quoted £54 a slab for 30 grams , fibre wad , a fair bit of difference . JDog
It's easy peasy for you chaps it seems. Look at the diary, see it's the 18th of June, go to the field of broccoli and shoot over two hundred pigeons. Why is it that pigeons love broccoli and many humans, particularly children, dislike it?
