steve0146
A morning on the marsh is not all about the shooting, but being there and watching the marsh come alive. A few geese are moving at this time of year, so we had a venture out. With a late tide, they didnt move till a lot later, after most people had gone home. All birds were retrieved and I was using gamebore mammoth cartridges. A surprise at the end keeps the dog on her toes. !! Big Al
Enjoyed that. I enjoyed the wildlife - especially the kingfisher. You have a good zoom on that camera. Your dog was very steady under extreme pressure at the end!

mudpatten
Most enjoyable! Always good to see the mark of a true sportsman when one does NOT take a shot at birds on the edge of range.
