Vince Green
I just buy Lidl disposable twin blade razors, they are about 89p for a pack of 10 and give really good shave, just as good as my Gillette Excel Sensor. When the blades for that went up to £7 for 5 it got consigned to the bathroom cabinet and very soon the bin.
Wb123
I went electric, i loved being able to shave whilst doing other things, then stopped alltogether. It took a while to get used to a beard but i dont think i would go back to shaving.
Chris Bb
Cornerstone razors (online), gel & balm. Most comfortable shave I've ever had. I find electric takes just as long as wet and doesn't ever get as close. Disposables (Bic) just seem to tear my face apart. And one of the joys of retirement is only having to shave when I want to! Best way to shave I've saved a small fortune since switching but I use Astra platinums, a bit cheaper than feather

johnnythefox70
Merkur 38c and a feather blade.I use Taylor's of old bond jermyn shaving cream a splash of aftershave and Nivea face creme can't beat it! Gillette's etc Only fit for the bin, you get a much better shave and it's cheaper using a good quality d/e razor. Ive been using this system for 3 years and saved a fortune. Bangbangman
I use a Double Edge safety razor. The blades cost pence. Ditto. Close shave and last ages. The modern multi-blade, lubri-strip designs are marketing-led. Can't reinvent the wheel.
