Thanks JDog, also Newbie to this who also identified it for me. As you say, it is still pretty invasive as it`s also spreading into my garden I`ve just found out. I`m a bit relieved that it`s not J/Knotweed as I understand that there are stringent regulations about the control and disposal of that.
