DUNKS
I have been a walker all my adult life. Done most of the big UK walks and some in the Appalachians. Number of times I/we have pointed out the danger to unprepared walkers. never had any abuse but most were too stupid to even understand what we were saying. Yes these people should be made to donate to mountain rescue.

chrisjpainter
In the interests of fairness. They have sincerely apologised, given a donation to the team and a rather tasty thank you... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-highlands-islands-51473800

JohnfromUK
Sadly two deaths from Storm Dennis so far; one a 'thrill seeker'. I'm sorry someone has died and left relatives and friends, but otherwise - words fail me. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8006819/Storm-Dennis-explodes-BOMB-cyclone-one-strongest-seen-Atlantic.html

Well the thickos that don't die and have gone out in conditions when a danger to life warning has been issued. And the numb nut that think it is a good idea to clime Nevis in the wrong gear. Could also bill the estate if they die, hartless yes but might make others think.
