See you in a weeks time chaps.

figgy
Enjoy, most of us go abroad and have not seen our own country's best places.

Cosmicblue
Had a week in Hayling Island three or so years back, there is a cracking fish n chip shop on the sea front next to the fun fair. Recommended.
Old Boggy
Don't forget to take binoculars as there's a wealth of wildlife to be seen at low tide, particularly on the Langstone Harbour side, with Brent geese in their hundreds, curlew, shelduck and all the waders possible. Also, the first garage on the left after crossing the road bridge onto the island has the cheapest fuel in the area. Enjoy your stay. Mice!
We did 4 nights in Yorkshire this year in the caravan, you can have a lot of fun in this country, it's just not lying by the pool or on the beach.
bavarianbrit
Did Hayling as a youngster in 1964-5 stayed in a caravan rented to my mum by Brian Epsteins mum there was a big pegasus motif on the side of it, I just remember the sandy streets. Gordon R
Already cancelled holidays in North Wales, Devon, Dorset and Cornwall, because of Corona virus. Had a few days in Scotland and will be going to Geordieland next month. Can't wait until next year - have already booked the same places and weeks next year. Missing St Ives - got to be over 40 times already.
Dougy
We have just got back from Llanferres, lovely place, booked a small cottage no phone reception no street lights, noise or the sound of cars. Brilliant walks with the dogs, had a day in Betsy just to see some humans and some pub grub.
oldypigeonpopper
Hello, know it well, fished off the beach many times, is there still a tackle shop on East beach way ? Can be good after a westerly blow, I fished a night most, mackerel in day time, have a good time 👍
