Bungle The Bear
I am struggling to get my usual supply of my preferred game cartridge locally - RIO Royals 32g Fibres. My local shop dont have a great choice - it appears to be Eley or Gamebore. Do I jump on the Black gold bandwagon? they are slightly more expensive than the RIOs, most people I know seem to love them, but is it just hype? Or is it, a Just Cartridges job
udderlyoffroad
What quarry? Clear Pigeon 30g of 6 for almost anything, Black Gold for phessies if you need a bit more. Obviously steel for quackers.
ninjaferret
Eley select Pigeon 30g 6s , i'm using them for everything love them. Obviously not the duck. I'm paying £220 a thousand

archi
Get the one you like then you will be happy with what you are shooting just order the Rio royals from just cartridges if you need to. I tried 100 of them and found them really good as well many years ago
Lloyd90
Best birds I ever dropped were with a clear pigeon 30g 6.
Scully
I'm a big fan of Clear Pigeon 32grm 6's for most game, and have shot some memorable game with them, but an even bigger fan of SIPE 32 grm 5's for winged game. They are my absolute favourite game cartridge.
B725
Another for clear pigeon 32g 6 in fibre thats all I use for everything but fowl.
Smokersmith
Rio Royals are a great cartridge. Black Gold are very good also. Both are overkill for the majority of game, but nice to have the range when you need it. Express Pigeon Power work very well at range also if you don’t want to shell out. Guest cookoff013
just buy what you can get your hands on. fibre pigeon a- fine. you know that the manufacturers, adjust the availability of shells seasonably so that the "punter" aka you have to buy over inflated game loads with "extra-hit-ium" power? and a shiny new packaging? pigeon shells remain in shops over the game season because they sensibly stock up. but does hit there sales, of premium game loads. just grab whatever. Shearwater
Eley Pigeon HV are impressive and worth a go at £6/box I also tried SIPE 32 grm 5's and struggled at the onset but have to say, they kill well are smooth and burn well as barrels stayed very clean
