team tractor
I know I tend to have a little following on here with my work so I’ll share some recent jobs . Sorry if I’ve shown some beforehand. The first door was solid European oak and that next to it was the sections we had to produce at 90mm thick The next is a 56mm euro oak front door that’s due to be installed next week . The ply is the internal core (thermal core ) with 18mm boards each side
team tractor
We’ve had a big barn conversion to help out on . Stairs , 160m of tulip skirting ,60 sets of arc, 26 doors , fireplace surrounds x2 , all made and installed. This was a quick kitchen makeover. I made the doors with MFMDF and ABS edging for the girlfriends mum . It’s been a busy 6 months

Scully
Fabulous work and immense skill and craftsmanship! The job satisfaction from creating and installing such high quality work must be tremendous! How deep did you have to cut in the backside of that skirt to create that curve? It’s one of the neatest I’ve seen. Edited May 16, 2023 by Scully

It’s a mfmdf melamine faced mdf . We cut the sheet up to what we want and throw it through the abs edge bander . We just drill the holes to suit the original cabinets. We are a joinery and kitchen business tho 👍 23 hours ago, billytheghillie said: Excellent work as usual TT, wish i had your skills! It’s 8 pieces 4mm thick laminated around a jig and they got the plasterer back to do it properly 😂. 4 rounds at £500 each just for skirting boards 10 hours ago, Krico woodcock said: Top class stuff 👌 Thank you

No I changed stuff like getting rid of the drawers over each door and making a drawer pack 1000mm . Adding a wine rack etc . We do a lot of make overs but it is basically the same
