People have wild camped for years there, winning the appeal has simply reaffirmed the status quo. There's no more risk of fires than there were over the last few hundred years it's already been going on.

As always it is those that think RtR means they can go anywhere and do anything they like that cause the problems, there are , however, distinct rules and designated areas where it applies.
