bet she will think twice about bad mouthing our hit upon police.......sooner or later young folk will learn they cannot do what they like whilst living in a civilvilised soceity

To be honest I think the police where in the wrong her with a typical offended attitude .
I’m sure most officers have faced worse words whilst on duty.

I bet she doesn't!

I reckon she will feel the Police are a complete and utter waste of space!

Apparently she said one of the female Officers looked like her Nan who is a lesbian.

Hardly worthy of SEVEN Officers!

look ...you are both right ...it was an over reaction...........but the girl should have kept her trap  shut.......young kids have zero respect for any authority today...and that starts at home........

thats the problem with soceity today....they think they can say anything and do anything they want with no redress........these are the kids that wander off into Oxford street ,,looting for a laugh

gobbing off at police is a parthway crime to worse actions.........

I wonder how far along the Autistic Scale you have to be to avoid SEVEN Police Officers arresting you?

To be fair it was a little heavy handed but we don't know the area or the people in that area, the police may have had some problems before.

The trouble is anyone with a "label" can get away with most thing just by claiming the police are being ******ist if they take any action.    I do thing 7 is a bit excessive but as Old'un points out we don't know the area.

there maybe a reason why 7 old bill turned up.......maybe ity was an iffy area ...or wanted plenty of witnesses so wrong doing could be ruled out.........

once again reporting maybe at fault....it does highlight the fact that most reporters are under the cosh to get stories that sell regardless of the damage they could do by insinuation.........all they care about is the bottom line.........Sky and Burley and the like are just as bad .....winding things up

"this is the way"

Her elder sister 18 first phoned the mother of 6 children but failed to wake her. Then phoned the police at 1 o'clock in the morning. Upon arrival fully clothed mother met police at the door. In interview to press readily admits police have been called to premises at least 6 times before as she couldn't control her. But hey let's not bring that into the equation.  Just perhaps they knew what they may have been walking into. If they just wanted an arrest they could have done it on the street when first encountered.

7 officers where probably some sort of anti violence patrol in the same vehicle.

Over reaction to being called a Lesbian yes I agree. However we don't know what took place prior to said remark. Does anyone have a link to video with sound as it may put it into context. All the ones I have seen are muted ?

Can some also tell me how many officers it takes to safely control a 16 year and keep possibly hostile family members at bay.

See my link above, most is with sound, only muted when the girl comes from under the stairs...

Plus your point of hostile family/friends, there's already three woman and one guy in the house and maybe more family/friends outside?

Thanks just listened to it. A very short snippet with no real context to what took place upon arrival at the home address. Again I point out that when the mother can't control her daughter and phones the police the autism doesn't seem to matter. It also doesn't matter that her 16 year old autistic daughter is out on the town drinking to excess at 1 o'clock in the morning.

At first, seven does seem over the top for one young girl. That said, there were others in the house, plus an hysterical mother, who seemed quite okay with her 16 year old running in a road, drunk. She made no attempt to calm the situation and seemed to be doing her best to raise the stakes.

It sounded and looked like it could kick off at any moment. I was struggling to accept that the daughter was unable to make it to the Police van without falling, but managed to stay on her feet when in the road.

The Police seemed quite restrained considering the mother's rant.

I have no doubt that Police personnel will face action, whereas the proud mother is now threatening to sue the Police. That is the world we live in.

I'm not sure of the full circumstances, however she was arrested for a public order offence. There is no such offence when both parties are in a private dwelling, which makes it an illegal arrest anyway. I obviously haven't got all the facts though.

The mother stated the female officer was outside and didn’t come in.

would be interesting to see the full unedited video from both parties

This is why the media shows what they want : to get their ideology to their audience

So why did the plodd get involved.  Surely  there is so much anti social behaviour at throwing out time that they could find ten in incidents that would merit attention. The amount of unruly hen parties getting out of control that plod could have assisted the young galls along the road.   They could have gone to the local A&E department to separate waring drunks, winos, weirdos and general  nutters without having to resort to manhandling a disturbed autistic teen.  Still out in Merica they'd have drawn the weapon and shot the blighter.  Oh,  they do that here as well.  We'll there you go.

I think this sums up why the public has lost confidence in the police.

They're soft on hardened criminals but hard on people easily targeted. When your an average Joe, you've got things to loose, mortgages to pay ect. If your a scum bag, you've nothing to loose.

Call the cops for a burglary and your told they're unavailable, say hurty words that are a non crime hate incident, there'll be 10 officers banging on your door!
