Either stop feeding them or rejoice in your happy little band.

A thread like this needs PICTURES......

I will try and get some.Β

we have always fed the birds - including wood pigeons (sorry - SWMBO loves them) but these are really stripping the seed!!

There are worse problems to have though πŸ˜€

Never really had them before in the 20 years we have lived here but this year we have a very active flock(?) of them in excess of 20 - they are eating us out of house and home!!!

Lovely to see though πŸ˜€

Lucky you.

Cant wait for the picts , i have a pair of pigeons nesting at the kitchen window every morning i throw a handful of wheat on the garage roof for them the wife thinks i am madΒ

Β

I do the same on the drive

Β

Feed the birds and the song birds up the shoot most days and always spill loads in the car - which i then empty on the driveΒ

Not a fledgling, far too early, but it does look a bit poorly, all puffed up like that.

I see your photography skills have improved leaps and bounds!!

I did try to catch it in the afternoon but it could fly well enough. However it wasn’t seen yesterday at all

I had a pair on my sunflower seeds this morning,Β  I saw the green and thought the Green Finch were back, then looked again when I realised they weren't right.

First time I've had Siskin in the garden 😁😁

Sorry, but this becoming a problem now. I would hazard a guess at over 100 of them. In fact we are seeing less of other birds now just by being crowded out!!

We may have to stop feeding them!!

the trouble is they are flighty my phone camera isn’t great at zoom - despite Apples advertising!!
