Penelope
Trump has just taken Pennsylvannia, the big swing state. 265 to Harris' 187. 59 minutes ago, Mungler said: When this is all over we all need to have a hard look at the mainstream media. Articles like this are after the event demonstrable BS, and by a country mile. We are being lied to all the time now. Propaganda arm of the left. ditchman
The laughing hyena Harris contingent have packed up ...turned the lights out and gone home to bed..............Donald Trump is hanging out with elon musk and nige farage..and ready to make a speech.... Lammy "the interlectual vacumn"...must be conssidering his position it is a crying shame that Alistaire Cook is not alive to do a "letter from America" on this all
NoBodyImportant
Looks like we get Trump, senate, and the house. But it’s bitter sweet. We are on the downward crash of a recession and I honestly don’t think Trump can stop it. He can navigate it better than Harris but the damage is done. NoBodyImportant
We spend 60-90 billion a year in foreign military aid, we could build 9 aircraft carriers a year with that money. That kinda of power projection would stop a war before it begins.

We feel your pain, winter fuel allowance for pensioners removed, swingeing tax increases, but billions for Ukraine and to fight global warming in Africa. 1 hour ago, NoBodyImportant said: Looks like we get Trump, senate, and the house. I've seen speculation that the powers-that-be know it's coming, allowed Trump to win, and will make sure it all goes down during his term. Then: "look what Trump and the Republicans did to you, never vote for them again or it will be more of the same - we need a communist Democrat regime to keep us all safe and happy"
Mice!
Almost there, but the numbers seem closer than the colours show, looks like AmericanAmericans have had enough and they are the ones living with it day in day out, we just get fed what the media wants us to know. 27 minutes ago, oowee said: Crikey I hope he is as good as his supporters reckon he is. Gordon R
I was pleasantly surprised at the scale of Donald's victory. A number of posters have commented on David Lammy's position - I suspect he will be moved. Harry and Meghan might be getting a bit twitchy too. Whilst I can smile at the predicament of Lammy and the two halfwits above, I am more concerned with how this will affect the rest of the World. I suspect Ukraine might well find itself under pressure to seek peace, if the US scales down or removes the financial backing.
welsh1
I was watching channel 4's coverage last night, and it was so biased toward kamala. Emily maitlis was basically called a liar by a repubican guest and he was right, she was so utterly on the left. I believe the american people were sick of the left weaponising the judicial system and finally had their chance to speak, even now some of the left are on tv still trying to portray trump as a devil in disguise. The democrats were so detached from the average man on the street and started to believe their own propoganda, they put up a lame duck in kamala who literally could not answer a serious question Now comes the hard part, i think trump is going to struggle everything is against him, i hope he can do a good job, it will impact the world. Interesting times ahead. https://x.com/i/status/1853944219863310715

DUNKS
I am so glad that Trump has won. Mainly, as I remember, a couple of months ago him saying that if he did get in he would end the war in the Ukraine in twenty four hours! I wait with bated breath!
