Lets end the millions of migrants coming from the third world to the UK as a result of Brexit. It's time for a reset.

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2024/dec/12/majority-of-brexit-voters-would-accept-free-movement-to-access-single-market-uk-eu

Perhaps the most striking finding was that 54% of Britons who voted leave, including 59% of voters in “red wall seats”, said in exchange for single market access they would now accept full free movement for EU and UK citizens to travel, live and work across borders.

WOW!

They really used a large number of people for their poll.

"Based on polling of more than 9,000 people across the UK and the EU’s five most populous countries – Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Poland – in the weeks after Trump’s election win in November, the ECFR study found the strongest enthusiasm for renewed ties were in Britain."

9001 people then. What's that about 0.0002% population?

I did not do any maths, just made the % up before I get schooled 😂

The critical thing is how they picked the people that they asked. All polls are loaded in favour of the point they want to emerge.

It's terrible isn't it all those migrants as a result of brexit. Germany regrets leaving the eu as well because they are having huge problems with migrants, and france are also struggling with their migrant problem, bet they all wish they were bck in the eu.

There is no serious argument as to the economic harm done by Brexit. A EU reset would be in everyones interest and hopefully we can reduce this migration from the third world. I doubt this survey makes a difference but maybe it's an indicator.

Those migrants wont be stopped so easily its the nearly two million we have brought from the third world on work visas as a result of Brexit.

I thought we werent allowed to cherry pick which bits of EU 'law' we liked ?

https://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/press-room/20200611IPR81004/eu-uk-talks-meps-united-behind-eu-stance-rejecting-uk-cherry-picking

And how exactly does free movement stop migrants from the 3rd world, theres already 10 s of millions of them throughout Europe, all with the ECHR backing to call their families over from back home to live with them in our benefit state ?
Its just a back door option to integrate us back into the EU, and continue the path to a one government super state.

Make no mistake, aided and abetted by our own politicos, they will never give up on the path to an undemocratic single state Europe.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Let's have PW poll. Anyone that voted leave who would rejoin for single market access.

I'll start and it's a NO from me!

A work visa trumps a rubber boat? May be?

We dont count, cos were all far right xenophobes apparently

It would be an interesting way for labour to die, steering their rusty leaking ship, with its incompetent captain, onto the rocky shores of rejoining the EU.
Bring it on Kier, lets see the lies and hypocrisy demonstrated in all their glory.

Well so far the PW poll has returned a 100% no to rejoining the single market therefore the public is against it. Hope that clears it up for you oowee.

They have not disappointed me 🤣 With my hopium hat on, its early days and the tide is turning.

It will be interesting to see where we are on tariffs let alone the war with Russia.
