Pedro
How many of you chaps out there do it? One of my "chores" is to do it of a Sunday night. What makes it agreeable is the can of Carling and the Antiques Roadshow, (trouble is she's watching a right load of period tosh now, hence me being here). P. Shootingman
My hobbies are shooting, lamping, stalking & fishing, my wife doesn't participate in any of my hobbies, so I don't feel I have the right to participate in any of hers. Cooking, cleaning, ironing & washing.

J@mes
never iron anything! hang it up when its damp and it will fall without creases. BUT if I am going out on the town, I get my dad to iron my shirt (even though he is 20 miles away) as he is ex-military and farking awesome at ironing shirts! never the jeans though, he put knife edge creases down the front of one pair and theyre still there now! mr_colt
98% of my clothes are informal Jeans and t-shirt types that do not need ironing if you hang them while damp. I have one suit which I rarely wear to tribunals and such. I think thats the only thing that I ever need to iron to ear to be honest. jonno 357
I send me shirts out to be pressed & ironed once a fortnight 40 pence per item and all on hangers. Back in the wardrobe ready to go How easy is that. T-shirts and jeans damp dry and very quick iron Jonno
SecretFollower
I knew I should've stayed married. My ex hubby did the ironing so much better than me. I used to iron his shirts so badly he banned from doing them.
Dunkield
I do my bit. I know many married and even more ex-married people that would give their right arm to able to get away with what I do, it's a very small price to pay. Country_est
I collect the Ironing from the cleaner (does that count). Both me & Missus work, so have somebody who does the cleaning on a Friday and she does the ironing fortnightly.

Dr W
Cleaner does ours and I can't recommend them enough, both me and Mrs work full time and I'm not giving up my evenings or weekends for that ****, doesn't cost much and saves loads of arguments, can't loose. lord_seagrave
I do all my own ironing. Very gratifying. Crumpled pile of damp shirts becomes (through very little effort) line of beautifully pressed crisp ones. Pleasing to the eye, tremendously satisfying for the soul. Now stick a Clapton CD and a couple of fingers of Bowmore into the mix and it becomes an actual treat. Regards, LS
Axe
Hell would freeze before I try ironing. Actually thats not strictly true i'm happy to iron the odd shirt when the wife is too busy. As for regular stuff, not a chance. My ex neighbour recently divorced sends all his off to be ironed. They come round in a van, pick it up and its back the following day. I never did find out how much it cost but he said it was very cheap considering.
