Billy.
Ok, this is called the Rabbit Wringer. Have a look on the website and if you still can't see what it's for, or if you would like to see how pointless it is, see the video below. I'm sure none of us will be attaching one of these to the motor for the next lamping session! http://www.therabbitwringer.com/ http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=c2MfTG5xgyw Obviously this is for slaughter at rabbit meat farms, but I thought you might want to see it anyway Edited January 8, 2009 by harfordwmj

Highlander
Good bit of product marketing but unlikely to catch on for field use. Handy I suppose if you work in a pet shop and need to get rid of stock quickly!
George1990
What's the point in this unless you're killing an 18 stone rabbit? Just pull it's head with your other hand while holding the hind legs.

Blackbart
I am sure that I am as efficient and as humane when chinning rabbits if you know this method? I too would like to think that with a one on one situation between me and a rabbit,i would be efficient at chinning it.I may be a bit nervous if there was four or five of them though ! Traztaz
Between me and the old boss as I worked as an agricultural pest controller we would somtimes have upto or exceeding 100 bunnies in a long net.................gotta work fast there or it's a whole load of holes to repair where the rabbits chew them up during their entanglement!! Carbonrocket
On the first post it states meat rabbits so they are for dispatching reared rabbits for meat. Would not an electro shock method would be better? Carbon
SAVAGE HMR
I can see what the guy is getting at but if I mess up a shot I prefer to dispatch the wounded rabbit with a clean right hook.
