How much is the fee she will receive?
-
Yes of course, but did she have somebody on the inside to fast track her claims? Its incredibly difficult in a Borough like Greenwich to get a council house even if you are very genuine and very needy. Yet the implication here was that she just put in a dodgy application and got one. As soon as I read it my first thought was this can't be right there has to be more to the story
-
The real question is did she abuse her council position to get the house?

TV plays a big part in the spread of English. So many TV channels all around the world showing hour after hour of recycled old British, Australian and American sitcoms and soaps.

That's all absolutely true, never thought I would find myself agreeing with Retsdon but Hey ho! as you say The question for history is why Blair behaved in the way that he did. Its an open secret that he aspired to the European Presidency one day as his next step on the career ladder. Was he trying to improve his image in Europe at our expense?

France deliberately wont document the asylum seekers/migrants they have in their camps because that way there is no paper trail to say they were ever here. I won't say its impossible to claim asylum in France but its pretty close to impossible. You have to fill in a form they are out of stock of from an office that's never open or ring a number that is permanently engaged. They know the migrants are just passing through so they don't give them any reason to want to linger
-
I believe it to be the case that the French won't take them back under any circumstances. Once they were in that boat, even if they are only a few hundred yards out, that's it. So that's why we cant just tow them back to France. Take them to an ex cruise liner anchored off the coast so they are never landed on the UK mainland.

Reloading fiberwad cartridges

Seriously, I would, in many ways they were better IMHO but they would cost a lot more -
Reloading fiberwad cartridges

fibre wads cant punch a hole in the pattern, that's one of the old myths put around by the American cartridge makers years ago when they were trying to foist plastic wads on a resistant shooting public who were perfectly happy with fibre wads. The wad is much less aerodynamic, there is no way it can travel faster than the shot. High speed photography shows the wad dropping back from the shot as soon as they both leave the barrel Back in the 60s the American cartridge makers desperately needed to convert shooters to plastic wads because it was the only way they could run their machinery at the higher speeds and produce the volumes they wanted. They started on an advertising campaign that was not quite truthful. Plus plastic wads were a lot cheaper to produce, they had to sell the idea of plastic wads and there was no such thing as advertising standards back then. All sorts of outlandish claims were made about the superiority of plastic wads, many of them you still hear repeated today, and in return bad claims about fibre wads were made. -
When Scofield made his announcement I did wonder why now? Something must have changed? I did suspect somebody was trying to hold him to ransom but if the lad is 18 its a non story. Plenty of middle aged men have made fools of themselves in the past with much younger women, this is no different

My mate never came out until after his father died. People used to go to considerable lengths to hide the truth years ago

Very nice! Many years ago I went to buy a seven when they were a £200 car, (for a good one). I couldn't get in it

The problem is all the Eastern Europeans more or less have to register on the electoral register as soon as they arrive here because they need to be on the electoral register to pass the background checks for a credit card, mobile phone accounts, open a bank account, get their kids into schools etc. So we have created the situation where the system is wide open for abuse. I could add M Mouse and D Duck to our electoral register renewal form when it comes each year. No further checks are made, the form doesn't require any further proof of identification or nationality. Its a scandal really

Its not true that they don't vote. They can vote in local elections and although they are not supposed to vote in general elections I don't think the system is all that watertight.

^^^ this As I understand it they were running it as a shooting gallery under the exemption If I am correct the same people tried to open one somewhere near Hemel Hempstead a couple of years back but it got closed down PDQ

Nissan is a very good example of what has been wrong with the EU. Nissan came to Britain to make cars so that they would have a gateway into Europe. The trouble was European sales were always disappointing. Despite being arguably better cars than many of the French and Italian makes the Europeans were resistant to buying Nissans. They preferred the makes they have grown accustom to. Its not, and never has been a free market

Spot on, everything goes back to population Yes but he is on a mission to put as many heirs as possible between Megan Markle and the throne

It did incredibly well at the BAFTAs

Lots of them round here, had them for years but definitely increasing in numbers

He got a ridiculously light sentence in the first place, then he was released early, probably at least in part because the prisons are bursting at the seams. As a result he had to have a team of armed police following him around. How is any of that cost effective? Now the resulting costs of this stabbing/shooting are going to be truely massive and going on for years For what he did to get sent to prison in the first place he would have got 20 years at the very least in America and he would have served every last day of it

It was the tragic waste of the life of a young man. I am not usually this compassionate so make the most of it while it lasts. Somebody was pulling his strings, he did not radicalise himself. Whoever radicalised him is still alive, this young man is dead. To kill the snake you have to cut off its head

I see foxes walking round here like that practically every day.

Now you are getting very near the truth

I don't particularly want to die because some incompetent civil servant repatriated a load of expats who should have understood the risks when they went to China in the first place. Personally, I favour the dark side, Satanists have much better parties

Putting people suspected of having come into contact with a killer flu strain all together on a plane with a recirculating air system for about 20 hours is C-R-A-Z-Y. And are they going to decontaminate the plane fully afterwards? Or will it be taking holiday makers to Magaluf the next day?
