Makita - Bosch customer service has to be experienced to be believed + all our DeWalt's fell apart at work within 2 years.

If the female part was not hit then surely the screw must be damaged - unless the first turn or so of the female has simply been crushed slightly - what thread is it?
-
I've been hunting around for one as well !! - for such a cheap/common item they seem rarer than a reasonable woman - think you can get a universal one though?

As these are imported by SMK I'm guessing that they are a Chinese built Gun very similar to the Express - In which case simply wiz the stock off and take a look at the trigger unit - you should find a small cross headed screw with 3 small washers underneath it - if so just whip 2 of the little fella's out and replace the screw with the remaining washer - Hey Presto - you have a nice trigger p.s. for safety reasons after you have done the above you should cock and load the gun - point it in a safe direction and give her a good shake and bang the stock with the palm of your hand just to make sure the trigger is still safe - 99.9% sure it will be but better safe than sued..

Sounds more like a "suggested sites" issue to me - try I.E. - tools - advanced - somewhere should be the facility to turn off suggested sites - this problem could also be related to your "favourites" settings.

It's odd but in Aldi when I find something "dumped" or fallen from a display - I do my best to put it back - whereas other Supermarkets I couldn't give a toss

Try Demonwolf444 on this forum.

As suggested C Cleaner - most modern systems autodefrag so check your settings - also if it's slow you should make sure that updates are done at night.

We went by personal recommendation and waited 6 months for the chap we used - most were not interested in running pipes under the floor or even boxing pipework in. Our chosen guy offered a fixed price of £110/day and included most of the fittings and Sealants etc - did a brilliant job of everything he fitted and I cannot fault his work on any count - 5 or 6 cups of Tea a day was the only extra.

Word of caution buze - keep it in the back of your mind that she has 2 1/2" chambers - easiest thing in the world at a clay shoot to forget if someone fancies a go with it and they slip a couple of 70mm shells in.

If it's soft enough to bend in the first place then I would have thought that it would bend back - maybe a little heat would help but any gunsmith should be able to do it in minutes? -
Can you not hide a trail cam somewhere?
-
Buze - "the Walker seems to him to be a Scott 700 or so ,"badged as such" - I presumed that this meant you had found a W&S mark, but I was 99.9% sure that no such mark was present which is why I requested a photo. I have stated right from the start that I do not believe that W&S ever got near this gun but after the oops remark from one member I felt the need to persevere. Internet nerd? I restore English SxS's as a hobby and see quite a few at auctions as well as at my local Gunsmith who buys and restores many in a year - but if that means nerd then so be it
-
Dougall - so NO W&S badge as I suspected - oops!! The cross pin is a giveaway.

It's a Sidelock - just remove the locks and cock the hammers with a screwdriver .

I have an almost identical Pollard, again ,London built but with lower grade timber - bought off this site a while back for £150 - spent the same again on Woodwork and re-blacking the barrels and she now looks almost new - 1914 and still used most weeks - in fact she accounted for 7 pigeons out of 10 shots just this Tuesday whilst roost shooting There is just "something" about a reborn English SxS's that makes them addictive.

"I've a fairly big and slightly out of control Garden and wife" ?

Pretty sure it was made, and proofed, in London in 1919-20. Just out of interest Joseph , in his earlier days, sold Purdey shotguns and indeed married one of James Purdey's daughters. Company ceased to trade in 1925 when they were taken over by Grant.

After retiring form work due to ill health it took them 15 months to process my independent living allowance - for those 15 months my income was £50/month - without the wife's money I would have been in dire straights.

Cannot remember the last time I had a healthy discharge

Demonwolf444 has done a couple of stocks for me and, quite frankly, they are sexy enough to wear Lingerie.

Surely they cannot stop you - you have been found guilty of nothing and the fact that this other *** hasn't received a slap proves that you are tolerant? Get legal. -
Got drunk as a Skunk on a bottle of Pink Gin at the Pink Punters in MK once - couldn't sit down for days
-
Is that a "Red Tickler" that it's wearing? - used to be a machine in a nearby pub where you buy those in the Gents.

On the other hand....I applied for a position as a cleaner 2 hrs/day for £9/hr a couple of weeks ago with a well known cleaning company - told them I was within walking distance of the site and that I used to be a Caretaker there - left 2 messages and still not had the decency of a reply - they can shove it - can earn more money walking peoples Dogs.
