  1. I have the same gun and agree, I couldn't ask for anything more from a .22 rimfire. I also have a cz452 17 hmr 16" varmint and it gives me just as much accuracy but at considerably more range with the same effect. Wouldn't swap either for any other model.
  2. One point I would add is that when using a caller you cannot dictate from which direction fox may be coming from and if he is approaching from downwind when he gets closer he will spook and you may not be aware of his presence. This has happened twice in the last two weeks to me but was aware of him and couldn't do anything about it. If at all possible try to ascertain most likely direction of approach and site yourself and caller accordingly.Unfortunately sometimes only possible with a remote caller.
  3. 1 daytime Dog fox to vixen mating call with 17 hmr. Total 71
  4. Had three dog foxes (initially unseen) in recent weeks, all three came running in, two to 45 yards. All to vixen mating call. As foosa says call on for perhaps 15 seconds and off for a couple of minutes or more, once fox is seen I leave caller off as long as fox is heading my way. Likewise with hand squeak.
  5. It only gives them the same details as giving them a cheque. Is it the money you are holding or the goods. Do they not have the money to pay yet? Sets bells ringing to me, I would look for another buyer if it was me.

    Cammo hide

I am awaiting delivery of a used one now. Have a google for 'Ameristep blind'. They come up from time to time second hand, I wouldn't pay top dollar.
  7. Just got the same dash cam and am very pleased with its operation. £20 including 32g sd card. Not gone through all the settings yet but not always able to make out reg plate in some light. Cracking little camera for the cost in my opinion.

    Pop up hide.

I am looking for an Ameristep Doghouse pop-up hide if anyone has one going spare and not too expensive please.
  9. Cheese and onion crisps on toast is my favourite snack. Nothing too complicated for me.
  10. I have had one for 3 years or more and its very good, my mate wants one and is waiting their arrival in the shop anytime soon.
  11. Same here but we put it down to the effects of his medication.
  12. Which model is it please. AM-1RX2S010 for example, and do you have pictures of yours?
  13. Yes he is I believe. R. Sephton & Son 104 Liverpool Road Rufford Ormskirk Lancashire L40 1SB
  14. 3 in last two weeks. (To large dogs and 1 Vixen) 17HMR. Total 29.
  15. Not been on a Bus for over 50 years but we have used ours for the train into Liverpool a couple of times.
  16. Hit more of what I shoot at with the 12g, that's it.
  17. A very merry Christmas to PW members from me.
  18. I would agree with Gee, I don't need aim points for the ranges I shoot out to. May be good for long range target practice though. Hawke however are good value in my opinion.I have the 3-12 x 44 SF varmint model on my 17HMR.
  19. Please put a trail cam up also as I and I am sure others would like to see the possible final event.
  20. Unlikely to buy a genuine Nitecore charger from the bay. I know from my own experience, but does not necessarily mean they are no good. I got one and found it to be a clone but still use it. Have look at Nitecore site for more information..
  21. Me too, I cleaned all the fins on the fan (full of dried on dust) and it then allowed the pressure switch sensor to operate, signifying that the the extractor fan was working and enabling the boiler to function.
