The burden of proof is the same for all crimes. So if a policeman shoots someone because he "thinks" they are armed, the level of proof is exactly the same as you doing 40 in a 30 limit because you "thought" it was a 40 limit. See how far your defence gets. The police should be treated in exactly the same way. David.

Just learn to shoot under the dominant eye. It isn't really that difficult, particularly with a beginner who hasn't much to unlearn. A good coach could sort it in a few lessons. Terry's offer sounds pretty good. David.
