Mine would be a Pigeon curling on the wind. I find they can produce any type of shot, low crosser, high crosser, high driven, dropping, looping, curling, rising, going away, quartering... you get the message. I am lucky enough to shoot quite a few during the course of a year but they really are a wonderful bird in how far they migrate, their challenging flight and the sheer excitement when you hear the unmistakeable rattle of 1 flushing.
