Too many to remember.

Highlights include;

Suzuki PE175 - Mental road-legal overbored RM based enduro bike. Stupidly quick for 175cc.

Triumph Speed Twin 500 scrambler, pre-unit, Matchless gearbox. Heavy piece of scrap iron.

Yamaha 250LC - On L plates at 17yrs old. I loved it. I tuned it. I crashed it, a lot.

Yamaha TZR250RC. Reverse cylinder Jap market model. Like a swiss watch running on nitroglycerin.

Aprilia RSV1000. 1 tooth smaller front sprocket, 2 teeth bigger rear - prepare to launch.....woooohoooo

Learned to ride in the 60's on a pre-unit 650 Triumph and a 250 Matchless, then a 250 Honda, XT 500 Yamaha enduro, and a 750 Suzuki - then the years of kids, mortgage and no money. Injury shortened Hamstrings then meant sports bikes were out, so a Yamaha Virago, followed by all Harleys - a 1000cc Ironhead Sportster, a 1340 Electraglide, a 1340 FXRS, and finally a 1340 Softail Custom. No licence through illness now, so all gone, loads of great memories, though...

I have raced quite a few bikes both road and MX but I did not own some of those so will just keep the list to the ones I actually bought, they are mainly Hondas as I could get them at what it stood the dealer at cost wise with spares also supplied at cost.

Yamaha TY 80, Yamaha TY 175, Honda XL100, Vespa 200, Honda MTX 200, Honda CR500, Honda CR 250 x 5, Suzuki RM 250, Honda CBR 600 x 4, CBR 900 x 4 and a Honda VTR 1000.

Best road bike for me memory wise was my 1992 Blade, re wrote the book for my generation.

My most unreliable bike was my MTX 200, Honda had outsourced the gearbox manufacture to Cadburys.

The Vespa was because I wanted to go scooter racing, it never happened but it did go to the shops and a bit of green laning I kept it for quite some time.

Always had a bike since the age of 7 up until a couple of years ago. All gone now, more broken bones and metal work holding me together because of racing than I care to remember, I am thinking of a KTM 990 though. :yes:
