woodcock11
Thanks to all of you over 14 stone as that makes me feel good at around 13 stone 7 lbs. The diet will HAVE to wait until after the shooting season ends here on 31 January,
PhilR
I'm in too as I weighed 15st 8lb this morning, the heaviest I've ever been. The Hairy Bikers diet book is Mrs PhilR's chosen weapon for aiding me to lose a minimum of a stone. I'll update each Wednesday as that's our usual weigh in day. I bought a juicer a couple of months ago and was doing really well before Christmas so will be back on that soon. i am in i am 12st 13lb good idea smig why don't we all weigh in on say a monday morning then put weight's up every monday to see how each other are progressing bit of encouragement and a bit of stick will get us all keen to do well just a thought colin Good idea - Mickey taking / encouragement will be a big motivational help to all. Fatcatsplat
Think I may need to visit a weighbridge purely on the basis that I can't see the scales for the belly in the way! 50 waist at the moment , so more of a coastline than a waistline! I'm in!
Scully
Have been thinking for a while I could do with losing a bit of weight. Was out with a few mates last night and we've all piled on the weight since giving up the fags some years ago, so weighed myself this morning at 14st 2lbs.Having to buy increasingly larger clothes but still have some I'd like to get back into! Don't intend to diet so much as cut out all the **** I eat; I'm a sucker for crisps, cheese on toast, biscuits etc and generally wearing a path between sofa and kitchen of an evening. Have to give it a go.
shaun4860
We should actually post what we have lost and then have a guess at where everyone started I'll have a weigh in tomorrow but I know from the taut waistband that I'm pushing some big big numbers EDITED To include an extra 'big' Im up for that, its less embarrasing but remember to make a note of your starting weight.... Saturday is my Weigh day I will be aiming to lose 1-2lb per week.....
Dekers
Formalise??? In what way...the threads open to ideas about the way it's done...I'm getting married in May so need to lose a few stone, the new year just seemed an apt starting point...the missus is on it as well, but that wasn't my idea obviously...haha Like weight in, goals, final objective, time frames, etc etc...... bakerboy
I am in. Same weight as Philr but I am a lot shorter. I will pay 50p for every pound I lose to the Pigeon Watch Charity, either the 2013 or 2014 whatever is thought best. What time period are we doing it over, I think we need a start and finish date, we could always start again for round two if we want but I think an end date gives us a goal to aim at and keep interest on the up.
