sako751sg Posted January 6, 2014 Report Share Posted January 6, 2014 On scales this morning and shocking,heaviest ever.Spent most of the yesterday binge eating Xmas chocolates to get rid of them and wish i hadnt.Had a fair bit of beer over the festive so hopefully will sweat a lot of that oot,but its a disgusting start weight. I know I've already lost a roughly a stone prior to weigh in as gone down a dress size Best tip I can give you all? Go gluten free!! It's rather sobering to think that I plan to loose 21 bags of suger in weight, I'm sure with the threat of PW p*** taking that everyone will be forced to loose weight.
