Les*1066
Well worth a visit. I normally go on a Friday and again on the Saturday. The 1st visit helps to scope things out, and the 2nd visit is a shopping trip.
Dougy
Some like it some don't, a bit like sugar in your Tea, each to there own. I'm going, and 2 sugars in tea and coffee. ;-) Allot to see, but if you all ready have it all then you probably don't need to go.
rcmh
Thanks - they got a decent selection of used shotguns? How's pricing in general? Shows can be so mixed!!!

Mitchiet123
I love it. It's like one massive giant shooting shop obviously! Pricing isn't amazing and didn't see any ridiculous deals etc but there's so much choice and for only £17 it's a cracking day out Take your own food though as the cafe takes the ****! Monkey Nuts
Have been every year for the last 3. Some people moan about the price of entry and offset that against the price of the items sold at the show. For me and my old man, even if we buy nothing it's a great day out looking at some superb guns for less than a score. We tend to get there first thing so it's nice and quiet. Dougy
As above, it's a day out, a chance to see an awful lot of shooting regailia without having to travel 1/2 way round the country in the process. I will be taking a little camping stove for cooking a bacon butty for an early snack on arrival and a cup of Yorkshire tea, then later a couple of venison burgers around lunch time. Washed down with a nice fresh cup of fresh ground Colombian coffee. That will save me around £20.
welshwarrior
Dough like that idea, I'll walk around chat up with some friends I don't see that often look at some carp guns look at some very nice guns. Avoid the Salvation Army air soft bit. Drive home hopeful not trying to work out why I actually bought x and y.

The Heron
Looking forward to it have been to the last four (two at Newark) loads to look at but I have learned to leave my paperwork at home as the temptation to purchase has proved to much on two occasions.
