I think he's asking about 22 LR in which case I don't think there is a pointed bullet. Soft lead bullets in the 22LR are round nose basically. In the 22 WMR you can get ballistics tips (33 gr I think) and obviously in the 22 centerfire you can get plenty of pointy ones.

 

In the 22LR, a soft lead bullet would get damaged in your pocket, in transit, while loading, etc if it had a sharp point to it. And, there is no real benefit to it. The main benefit is ballistics, but the ballistics on the 22LR are so bad that it wouldn't really help. There are some good old boys in the south of the US that carry bullet shapers for the lead 22LR bullets, but mostly they are making bigger hollow points or flatter noses for shooting squirrels.
