bruno22rf
Are they not on your licence?-if not then a call to DVLA should work.
toontastic
Are they not on your licence?-if not then a call to DVLA should work. They are from over 10 years ago, I contacted DVLA and they told me once they expire they're off their records.
robbiep
Just put down approximate dates, with a note saying that they are not exact.
Munzy
They wil have expired, DVLA won't even have them on record so no idea whether you need to mention them. To be sure you can see this on the new GOV system: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence Just enter your Driving License ID and your National Insurance number and you will see everything on file. MrM
Aren't SP30's fixed penalty notices? if so they do not need to be mentioned on the forms surely. Convictions and offences 13. You must not withhold information about any conviction. This includes motoring offences (including speeding offences), binding overs, formal written warnings, cautions and convictions in and outside Great Britain, and (by virtue of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975) convictions which are spent under the 1974 Act. A conditional discharge and an absolute discharge both count as convictions for this purpose. Details of parking offences and fixed penalty notices do not need to be declared. Vince Green
I just put approx. 1985 or whatever
JDog
These speeding offences do not need to be mentioned on renewal forms (I presume you mean FAC or shotgun renewals). If they were taken into account there would be a lot less vehicles on the road with either rifles or shot guns in them.
Rst1990
Can you not just write, no convictions from previous application? It's a renewel so they would have known dates etc from 5 year ago.
Andy H
I put my co-terminus renewal in on the 20th and before always put non since last renewal but on phoning the firearms dept i was informed that now you have to list any convictions , Trying to remember nigh on 40 years ago errrrrrrr???. Yet on the explosives renewal form it states that you do not need to list any offences from before the last renewal. JDog you have to put all motoring convictions on the new renewal forms sadly and not just ones since the last grant either but my FEO say's they're not too fussy about the dates so approx dates are fine. He also said minor motoring offenses aren't likely to be a problem. http://www.wiltshire.police.uk/information/documents/firearms/538-guidance-notes-for-form-201-form-201a/file Edited April 28, 2016 by MartynGT4

Blunderbuss
I have one SP30 from 1982 "ish". I always declare it on apps and renewals saying "approximately, forget exact date". It's never been an issue.

Banger123
Had a driving without insurance 25 years ago. Didn't even mention it when I spoke to the feo. Fixed penalties still don't have to be declared from reading the link on the earlier post.
walshie
I think it depends on if your SP30s were fixed penalties or not. On my force's application and renewal forms it specifically states "Details of parking offences and fixed penalty notices do not need to be declared." Check your renewal form under "Notes" item 12.
