johnny
I have suppose to have got decent broadband now so what to do, I have sky and pay £88 pounds a month for phone line, broadband and so tv channels. What are people finding best. If I upgrade with sky I will be tied in for 18months. I've heard a little about humax boxes being chipped or something. winnie&bezza
BT Do that at your peril! I'd rather have no tv at all than go with them.
Jason_ox
Virgin, fibre broadband 200+Mbps & phone, TV for £65 a month. Got given an amazon firestick for Xmas I've just plugged it in today and downloaded kodi onto it. I wish I'd done it sooner all sports and latest movies and TV. four-wheel-drive
it seems to me that life is getting more and more complicated with each day that passes I can remember when we had one TV station BBC 1 with a big X aerial on the chimney and was happy. KFC
it seems to me that life is getting more and more complicated with each day that passes I can remember when we had one TV station BBC 1 with a big X aerial on the chimney and was happy. BBC1 one TV station? Blimey, that was luxury!!! We just had a cardboard box with a hole cut in it and Dad would stick his head in the box, tell us the story about the three little Pigs then tell us to get to bed or the Wolf would eat us up!!! If it was a weekend then he'd give us the little blue bag of salt out of his crisps for us to lick as a special treat.

Jaymo
No phone line and paying £18 PM for Virgin. The deal was avail just before Xmas but as we hadn't signed for the house I couldn't accept. Went online last week and even using comparison websites the cheapest was £32 bb only or £29 inc phone. Rang them up and explained how I was unable to subscribe before Xmas and at the 'new' higher price I could get Plusnet inc line rental for the lower £18. Guy went to his manager ( prob just put me on hold and had a cuppa) to return with an offer to match the £18 with no installion charge. Here in France we have had a max of 3.8mb download speeds so am looking forward to a massive increase.

Lloyd90
Virgin media with no need for line rental, £26 over all but had to sign up for 18 months. They claimed upto 100mbps, When I got it I checked and I was getting 102! Very impressed. There are websites where you put in your postcode and they tell you what actual speed you get in the area. BTs claimof upto 32 came to about 6 near me 😳
