I wasn't a massive fan of my Pug - rust magnet and slow by comparison to the likes of the Astra GTE 16v and the new wave of turbo lead vehicles. I ditched it when the ECU fritzed. I had a bout of nostalgia and looked at buying a Renault 5 GT Turbo but when I checked the stats the average modern Golf diesel will **** all over it from the lights.
