ShootingEgg
It's a different world full of different people down your way. Mower service here cost me £400 and every repair is at least £50 plus parts. How far are you from here? Who do you use?
rob-d
The mans obviously tighter than a ducks, but I liked the way you told the story. I could picture what you were saying. Did bring a smile to my face. what he said^^^^
tx4cabbie
Bloke near us services my dad's mower and mine, his a Honda and mine a 20yr old hayter - we generally pay 25-30 per mower, and I take and pick them up in my cab, but we're working class and pay our way, I'm not important enough to stitch another man up over money I rightfully owe for a job done. As said earlier, increase your rates and tell him he's a tight so and so, who has had it too good for too long

TaxiDriver
I'm in East Harling next week for 12 days camping, That's it I'm bringing my two mowers and 1 wife and petrol strimmer for a service/repair and sharpen up. One condition though, can you do the mowers and strimmer first  as they're much more useful. If you start with the wife  You'll have had enough and given up b4 getting to the mowers

Vince Green
Do you know I was actually charged more to service a mower than I was charged to service my car one year? Never went back there, needless to say.
