Tomo-1
Hi, Has anyone else had trouble getting any sort of answer from Starlight NV? I ordered a Dragonfly IR torch and payed £149.99 via their website September 12th 2019! After numerous phone calls empty promises, emails, answerphone messages I have had enough! I have been very patient and totally ignored. I feel as though this is a scam! Can anyone help me please.

Tomo-1
My price was just for the torch, no extra bits. Apparently there was a hold up in production. I was patient then chased. Very polite on the phone but they are just ignoring me! They have £149.99 of my money in their bank since September. My card company are now onto it. Very very poor. I have seen their torches. They look great. Just can't get one! Think twice before ordering anything online from this company.

That seem a long time to wait from September to getting on towards the end of January , why didn't they let you know how long you would need to wait ? , £150 is a lot of money to me and I would be getting anxious . Hope you are not out of pocket when this is sorted . All the best MM
Tomo-1
Well today my card company gave me my money back which is a result. I would have preferred the torch as they are great bits of kit! I am now on the hunt for a good quality IR torch! Again. Thanks for your help/comments. colin lad
Worst company I have ever delt with, I have a solaris srx brilliant bits of kit from Torch factory highly recommend Edited January 20, 2020 by colin lad
steve_b_wales
As mentioned, Solaris SRX with variable power is excellent. I have owned and tried many different IR torches, but so far, the Solaris is the best.
oldypigeonpopper
hello, for what rifle and night vision set up do you want an I/R torch for, ? you can over compensate with infra red on some N/V, Edited January 20, 2020 by oldypigeonpopper
crossy 666
I ordered and paid for a grade A archer from them so not a cheap item and after 3 months received nothing even after a good amount of emails and phone calls. Bank gave me my money back too in the end. The worst company I have ever had to deal with. The Blokes products are very good but he doesn’t seem to give a monkeys about any one. Be warned and take your money elsewhere I just got fed up of the lies and promises in the end

steve_b_wales
The Solaris SRX does give off a red glow, albeit not a bright one.

mick miller
Just don't worry about it, your scent, noise and general activity is way more likely to spook animals as opposed to the dim red glow emitted from an IR torch.
