JTaylor91
After Saturdays shoot it was time to use some of the bag brought home. Pheasant Breast stuffed with black pudding rolled in smoked streaky bacon, fondant carrots, puréed peas and a cider cream sauce split with parsley oil. The other half still doesn’t like pheasant.......

Rob85
By the beard of Zeus!! That looks like Michelin star food. My missus is a very plain eater and probably wouldn't eat that but I did have her eating some plain roasted pheasant breast.

JTaylor91
I gave it a good go for the mrs to like game. It appears to be the fact she’s seen it as a full bird and butchered in the kitchen that’s the issue.

I added pheasant carbonara to my repertoire last night, my 4 yr old lad loved it!

JTaylor91
Thanks for the positive comments I put a fair bit of effort in to that one. It’s been hard to find the time to cook properly after having the little one.
