Mice!
Time to clean those bird feeders folks, I'm just beginning to see more activity now in the garden so the feeders are clean and topped up. This one had been empty for a month, this one was suddenly empty today and soggy so a good clean was in order. Clean, topped up and the tits were straight in for the sunflower seeds. chrisjpainter
Is anyone around Aurndel perchance? This bird's been seen, apparently. Initially straightforward but...courtship colours in October? And legs that pink? It fits more with Eastern Subspecies GWE's and time of year would say Australia or thereabouts, but I've never seen one coloured like this here and especially not now

Mice! Posted Sunday at 22:37 Report Share Posted Sunday at 22:37 We've had a Grey wagtail around just recently using the pool on next doors garage roof. And it seemed a surprise getting a male Chaffinch in the garden, looked stunning, just hope there making a comeback.
