Papercase
Surely they'd realise that the audience could see if they'd faked a shot being taken.. pretty funny to be honest! Original film here with blooper at 6:

oldypigeonpopper
Hello, back many moons ago I knew a writer who often done a piece in the shooting times, there was one titled My first 100, reference to a days pigeon shooting, all from the comfort of his arm chair 🤔

Papercase
I don't think there's much question as to Mr Crows shooting ability and effectiveness - obviously the editing crew decided ooh thy would better if he took a "shot" I'd imagine he'd be horrified
Agriv8
Not sure I think the Bang 6:36 was his mate in the other Hide - I think Mr Crow was just covering it just in case ( Might be wrong ) ! Agriv8

Agriv8 Thats what I thought, if it was staged it would have looked a lot more convincing, at least "reload" after the "shot". I don't think Mr Crow would go for simulation. Papercase
A very fair point I'd not considered actually - guess it was just bad timing that made it look that way
Agriv8
he's still a bloody good shot and an entertaining watch, I bet he's be good entertainment down the pub post shoot after a few beers! it was the fact that all the other singles he'd had the gun opening while back scanning / watching for the next bird ATB Agriv8
mchughcb
What is it with the "slow clap" or any music when you are hunting? I never every any music going when I'm hunting. Animals such as foxes, deer, ducks and rabbits run for their lives when they hear any noise. I need complete silence to hear if a fox or rabbit is pushing up or to hear my dogs working or ducks flying low over head.
Cranfield
Quite a few video producers add a music track to their videos afterwards. Some of the really raucous heavy metal ones on US vids is really irritating.
mchughcb
Why do they do this? Do people expect some music in a hunt video? I'd thought they'd want to listen to the animals, gunfire?

Good shot?
I tend to add sound track to cover any expletives that occasionally occur when I miss.😲

Agriv8 I would have to agree, I watch all Mr Crows pigeon and crow videos, and he was indeed shooting with another friend , they were just covering each other in case of a miss etc, and I believe Mr Crow would be the first to appreciate the humour in this moment, especially taken out of context like this,
