walshie
Can you get food poisoning from ice cream? 2 days ago my wife and I had eaten exactly the same food, except I had an ice cream. Within an hour of that I had terrible stomach cramps and cold sweats. A few minutes later I was as sick as I've ever been and the normal unpleasantness on the loo. After that I sat by the window with my head outside as my head was hot but my body was cold until about 9pm when I went to bed as I felt so rough. I had a bit of indigestion and stomach cramps in the night but by the morning I felt a lot better and 24 hours after I first got sick I was as right as rain. I hope it's not ice cream as I love it. They all laugh about it now as I wouldn’t let him near my bed as I didn’t want his hair trigger **** going off on my bed🤣

39TDS
Mum is about to get chemo and the diet instructions are to avoid food poisoning by boiling everything to ******* and don’t have ice cream from a van.
redial
I haven't had ice cream from a van in years. The idea of the guy handling money and your cornet (steady) put me off. Things may have changed.

100milesaway
3 months ago, my partner and 3 of his biking mates went to a cafe in Cumbria. 3 out of the 4 were really ill for about a week after. 1 had had coronation chicken, 1 had had a chicken sandwich, and the 3rd had a burger. Obviously some kind of cross contamination. The next month they won the award for best cafe in Cumbria.......
