ShootingEgg
Chris Packham wants unity in battle for animal rights as he's unveiled as new RSPCA boss. So is this why he has taken a break from TV - because he has been put into this role...

mellors
Seems a strange move by them. On going court case. Surely they'd not want him if he loses.

Ian willetts
What does he know about birds he let all ground nesting birds and song birds become lunch for uncontrolled corvids when he challenged the general licensing
jall25
Might realise there is more cruelty in everyday people and the way they treat animals in a day than there is in a countryperson in a lifetime

Last i read the local authorities said they were well looked after and not in danger. The original owner had spent a considerable sum on them and as far as he was concerned they were sold not rescued. I wonder if they'll call them as witnesses as it stands packham is saying there not correct. I don't think that would go down well.

If as said the third man was a proof reader, he's not responsible for what was written, surely.
Gordon R
He wasn't found liable, but Packham did sue him.
