You can't blame right wingers or the media

This.
The counter argument when (generally) the right complain about uncontrolled and illegal immigration, is for the left to warn about the rise of the far right.
Its not an argument, its like saying 'Ooh look, a woman over there is being attacked, should we go over there and do something about it ?'
But another person says 'Hey did you see that squirrel ?' And everyone turns to look at the squirrel.

What a lot of these people don't realise is by pretending there aren't issues, by closing down free conversation and stifling free speech, they are literally fuelling and giving ammunition to the very far right they and I dislike so much.

Xenophobia crosses political boundaries. I have often said far right meets far left.

It's the generalisations that make the headlines and headlines drive business and racism. There is no doubt that mass immigration is bad for social cohesion and democracy. Unfortunately with global warming and the current war I can only see the situation getting worse.

Or the far left which is equally disliked.

Cant argue with that.

Headlines are media driven, and media, even social media, is driven by profit.
We need to better understand that media companies are not for our benefit, they are not a public service, they are there to make money.
Truth and unbiased information is not their goal.

You get a boat,

employ a load of big knuckle draggers,

Illegal immigrant lands on UK coast,

Said knuckle draggers, chucks illegal on boat using force if necessary,

Sail to France and boot illegal off, whether France likes it or not.

Simples 👌

No need to get that creative, just stop the money and let the Herefords and mates scare the traffickers?

I read today in the paper;

"Almost one-in-three babies in England and Wales last year were born to women from outside the UK"

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14059683/Almost-one-three-babies-England-Wales-year-women-born-outside-UK-Ghana-entering-10-common-countries-non-UK-born-mothers-Germany-drops-out.html

Interesting to see Pakistan and India at the top of the list. No doubt babies born to families of people on work visa's part of the Brexit choice.

I heard today from Mike Davis (top attorney general pick for Trump) proposing to deport 10m immigrants including anchor babies.

And so they should.

If they are born here, they register the birth here. This then entitles them to both child benefits and a British passport.

Brexit bonus.

Just what exactly has Brexit got to do with it? Is Brexit to blame for Starmer and Rayner having their snouts in the trough?

Absolutely nothing, it's a political choice imposed on us by the Con(merchant)s and Liebour governments.

Some people just can't help but have a good old cry over their import cost being fully funded by them and not the tax payer...... a proper Brexit bonus!

Brexiteers voted to exchange labour from Europe to that from anywhere in the world subject to visa. So we now import much larger families from Nigeria, India and Pakistan (top three sources) which unlike Europeans are unlikely to want to return to country of birth.

I thought it was a strange choice but they knew what they were voting for.

everyone see what happened in Holland yesterday.............bloody frightening

and it will happen here as well ...just you wait..

Awful events. Why did the Israeli fans attack the Palestinian taxi driver? Burning a Palestinian flag is never going to be a term of endearment.

What is it with football fans?

On the subject of births, I find it no supprise at all. The UK like many western countries has lost its traditional values, with girls wanting to build their own careers, not wanting to get married or be house wives, which is of course up to them to decide. But by far the biggest shift is the cost of living, unaffordable housing and the complete inability to afford to live of one or one and a half wages and comfortably raise a family. I believe we should install an Australian style points system l, encourage apprenticeships and financially encourage marriage and having children, as well as vastly increased funding for fertility for those who have paid into the system only. If we don't, we won't just shift the values of the UK as has always happened over time, but we are going to totally loose touch with the UKs culture and society over the next few generations.

Unfortunately our democratic model will not allow us to change. So we will continue to try and maintain what we have limping along in a continually declining, ever diminishing pool.

The gap between those that have and the rest will continue to increase.

Costs of living are just examples of modern slavery?
