just those coming in illegally.

And those are the ones a law change will not stop if they seek "asylum" under international law as they do now.   What we need is a large boot up the backside of the civil service.

But what would the government impose, or what could they do to stop illegal immigration?

Not a fish for arguments, a genuine question.

I have no idea what they will do, well i actually do have a good idea , Nothing at all.

We can sit back and do nothing or we can make a bit of noise and hope someone can hear.

No no, I mean what could they actually physically do?

What would you do to stop it?

Hello, Very good but by the time it reaches Parliament many more 1000s would have crossed the channel, Once those dinghies start crossing from France we cannot jeopardise their safety and i cannot see any turning back, Did we not pay France Millions of £s to stop them leaving the French Coast ??

Only way to stop it is to make it unattractive to come here by stopping benefits and 5* luxury accommodation, chuck them in an interment camp and let it be known that it will take a couple of years to process them

As to a petition the government will not take any notice of it they have to big a majority to worry what the public think, still signed it though

Sadly another waste of time and energy? These little kick backs allowed  by government for supposed discussion are a sop to remove the energy from the situation?

By the time any so called discussion is allowed its after another very boozy lunch when all participants are sleepy? Problem solved?

I dont 100 agree, im sure you've heard  of the saying "do what you've always done, and you will get what you've always got"

We vote (or many do) we try to do something to change the way things are, or we just sit back and do nothing and let the problem grow and grow and we continue to accept whats happening.

These little wasted moments of "our" time create discussion and awareness (not that nobody is aware of the problem) we can but try. :good:

Anyway have a happy new year "old man":friends:

That's why Rwanda was such a good idea, and also why the likes of Starmer and Raynor worked so hard to block it.

It would have worked, that's the gutting thing it would have worked.

Monday they come ashore, Tuesday they are processed, Wednesday they are on a plane and then they start the asylum application in Rwanda

No exceptions

Thanks bud, you too. Maybe Garlands sometime?

I understand your attempts but know none of the existing clowns are going to vote to close the circus?

They employ hundreds to keep their way of life?

You need time to finger print them, photograph them and take their DNA

Who cares? If we are not letting them stay anyway, put them straight on a plane. The BIG mistake is letting them set foot on British soil in the first place. They should be repelled at sea.

But they DO set foot on British soil and so we have to document them and have them medically assessed and do all the right things because we are the good guys.

A big problem is we they do not document them all. only the ones they are aware of, there are many many more that go under the radar.
