It is good that he is able to raise the awareness of this horrible disease, many day hundreds of other people are told the same and have to deal with it, without the media support and attention that stars, celebrities and royals receive. It is very sad.

I use these which were from the pre-diabetic clinic, clip to your belt and forget about them for the rest of the day, bit old fashioned but work and don't need an app, a watch or a phone.

After reading this thread I asked for a PSA test to be done along with my annual cholesterol blood test, all OK which is great peace of mind, thank you for keeping this thread going as a reminder. It is just a shame you have to request it and justify it.

Can I ask how it attaches ?, my .410 Mossberg does not have any machined slots or drilled/tapped holes on the top of the receiver. It tends too shoot quite low, so a red dot may solve the problem. Thanks.

I had a similar request on a different make of wellies, it is to stop people claiming a refund, and then selling the faulty wellies on an auction site or similar, when I returned my wellies to the shop, they cut the branding labels off and returned them to the manufacturer as proof so the shop would be credited for them.
