Just google South Dakota Nurse, its all over the internet
-
There is a nurse in South Dakota who has said patients are coming into her hospital with severe symptoms yet when told they have Covid they are refusing to accept the diagnosis because "there is no such thing" its "fake news" etc. Not just one or two either, lots of them. Final proof Darwin was right!

I don't think we should underestimate the amount of money Mercedes put into keeping that car out in front
-
Yes the company (singular) that recycles them does so by putting the cartridges through the equivilent of a mincing machine then passes the pieces underneath some strong magnets to extract the metal

Christmas is coming, I need to get my letter written to santa

As soon as you mentioned just beside Heathrow i thought this is not good. The area seems blighted with people selling dodgy cars. Should have got me to do a visit for you

Another example of the police making their own rules.
Vince Green replied to AVB's topic in Off Topic
The problem with this lockdown thing is that the government issued soft guidelines saying things like where ever possible you should try to avoid etc people took that as you don't have to if you don't want to The rules should have been absolute rules -
Yes thats true, everybody would have had to travel to the ship

He's looking old and tired don't you think? He knows he may be able to dodge some of the charges but not all of them because he has some big guns lined up against him be careful who you upset on the way up because they are going to be waiting for you on the way down

Trumps problems don't end with losing the election He has been using his position to hold back a veritable tidal wave of charges and allegations. Plus he is hundreds of millions of dollars in debt https://www.bloomberg.com/features/2020-trump-faces-lawsuits-and-legal-threats/ https://www.ft.com/content/448c69a6-18f3-4fa0-a3ad-50e8ce553e1e

Yes a strange story, hardly reported, shot on his own doorstep apparantly https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-wiltshire-54880169 "They shot him in right in the middle of the chest. They didn't Taser him but shot him straight in the chest. He was the only officer on the scene at the time, no one else was here. And he didn't try speaking to him."

I agree, its pretty much illegal not to carry ID in America, although that is mostly your drivers licence, you can get asked for it even if you are not driving. Nobody bats an eyelid.
-
I don't think that we over here fully realise the damage Trump is inflicting on American politics neither do we realise how far he may be prepared to push it

From our local recycling plant about 8-10 years ago. "Ammunition" (whatever that may mean in reality) is an emergency stop. Same as prescription drugs and cans of "chemicals" its all about Heath and Safety. But its not worth putting them in because they don't get recycled anyway. In reality, only very specific items like cans and bottles get picked off the conveyor by the operators because each operator has a specific item that take off the belt and thats all they take off. They don't actually sort the waste, it passes through too quickly for that
-
What ever you do don't put empties in the recycling. First of all they don't recycle them second it causes the equivilent of a bomb scare at the recycling plant. They have to shut down and evacuate while the situation is "assessed" by a senior member of staff who then has to write an incident report.

Yes Hannams are probably the biggest supplier in UK but not always cheap. Download their price list

And your suggestion for who could have done better?..........
-
Didn't police shoot and kill a man with an air rifle in Swindon at the weekend at his own house?
-
Trump has set an impossible conundrum because what ever happens he won't accept it
-
I think this would be the ideal opportunity to introduce a proper ID card, long overdue

Interesting discussion on TV this morning. This vaccine may well be the first out of the starting blocks but it will not last long before another comes to eclipse it with a more convenient method of delivery. The big problem with this one is that it is complicated to distribute so should be regarded as a stepping stone. In that respect Pfiser have a vested interest in getting as many out there as quickly as they can, while they can, before the rivals catch up. . After that there will a league table of vaccines with different success rates and costs but all the big players will keep on developing better and better vaccines because the market will be huge The answer to the other question now is yes, we are entering an era where we are going to have to carry a health certificate before we can travel, get mortgages, take up jobs, join gyms, go to Uni etc almost certainly after this
-
This apparantly is part of Trumps modus operandi. Claiming corruption, bribes, false accounting etc to smear business rivals and renege on contracts long before he ever went into politics.

These are calibres that were exempt as obsolete calibres but have been exploited by criminals who have found ways round the lack of ammunition and put them to illegal use

Me too, I will be right at the front of the queue

You are right, its on the transition
